  • Quoteams AB is responsible for the personal data covered by this policy. For data your company puts into Quoteams, your company is responsible and we process it on its behalf (clause 2).
  • We use personal data to provide, support and secure Quoteams and to manage our customer relationships (clause 3).
  • Our website sets no cookies, and the app uses only the cookies it needs to work (clause 4).
  • We do not sell personal data (clause 5).
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time (clause 8).

1Who we are

2Our role

2.1

This policy covers the people who use Quoteams (the "Service"), visit quoteams.com, contact us, or work for our customers and prospective customers.

2.2

Freight forwarders use the Service to handle data about their own clients and contacts. For that data, the forwarder is the controller and we process it on its behalf under our Data Processing Agreement. If you are one of those contacts, the forwarder's privacy notice applies, and you should contact the forwarder to exercise your rights.

3What we collect and why

3.1

We process:

  • account and sign-in details, to give users access and keep accounts secure,
  • data about how the Service is used, to fix problems, support users and improve the Service,
  • what you write to us, to answer you, and
  • contact and company details of people at customers and prospects, to sell, deliver and invoice the Service.
3.2

As legal bases, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing, securing, improving and selling the Service, on the contract with your company, and on our legal duty to keep accounting records.

3.3

You can object at any time to our use of your data based on legitimate interest, including usage data, by emailing admin@quoteams.com.

4Cookies

4.1

Our website at quoteams.com does not set cookies, store anything in your browser or use analytics.

4.2

The Service uses only the cookies and similar technologies it needs to work, for example to keep you signed in and remember your settings. These do not require consent. Our product analytics stores nothing in your browser.

5Who we share data with

5.1

We do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers that process it for us under data protection terms, with providers of maps and fonts, with authorities where the law requires it, and with a buyer if our business is sold.

6Where data is processed

6.1

We store data in the European Economic Area. Some service providers may process data outside it, under safeguards that the GDPR allows, for example the EU standard contractual clauses.

7How long we keep it

7.1

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it:

  • account data, while your company's agreement with us runs and for a short period after it ends,
  • usage data, for as long as it helps us improve the Service, but no longer than 24 months,
  • sales contacts and messages, while we have a business relationship or a reason to stay in touch, and
  • accounting records, for as long as Swedish law requires.

8Your rights

8.1

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. To exercise these rights, email admin@quoteams.com.

You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) at https://www.imy.se.

9.1

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when we last changed it.
